Overview

An Android app in Kotlin that teaches beginners C, C++, Java and Python side by side, with quizzes and progress tracking, downloadable books and in-app video lessons. Admins publish new content from a built-in dashboard backed by Firebase.

What I built

• Built the Android app in Kotlin for beginners learning C, C++, Java and Python, with every code example available in all four languages for side-by-side comparison.
• Added topic quizzes with instant results and progress tracking over time.
• Added a library of programming books that learners can download and read offline.
• Embedded curated YouTube lessons so videos play without leaving the app.
• Built an admin login and dashboard to publish problems, quiz questions, books and courses without shipping an app update.
• Used Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage for accounts, content and files, with Retrofit for API calls and Glide for images.
